Reed Smith Adds Proskauer Corporate Partner Houghton in London

Andrew Houghton joined Reed Smith as a partner in its Global Corporate Group in London, the firm announced Monday.

Houghton’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border corporate work for clients in the financial services and fin-tech sectors. He advises private capital sponsors, companies and management teams on cross-border buyouts, growth capital investments, acquisitions, corporate finance, M&A, joint ventures, carve-outs, minority and structured equity investments, and secondary transactions, the firm said.

He joins from Proskauer Rose.
