Matthew D. Jacobson has joined Reed Smith as a partner in its product liability practice in the life sciences health industry group, the firm said Thursday.
Jacobson, who rejoins from Holland & Knight, will reside in the Miami and Washington, D.C., offices, according to Reed Smith.
He has experience with drug and device liability litigation, focusing on managing class and multidistrict actions, said the firm. Jacobson also helps companies respond to government investigations.
