Ilana Smadja has joined Reed Smith as a partner with the financial industry group in Paris, the firm said Friday.
Smadja focuses on leveraged finance and restructuring transactions, representing corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions, according to Reed Smith.
She joins from Weil Gotshal.
