K&L Gates litigators Jennifer Nagle, Robert Sparkes, and Kathleen Parker joined Reed Smith as partners in its Boston office, while Loly Tor joined joined the firm in New Jersey, Reed Smith said Wednesday.
Nagle brings nearly 20 years of experience leading nationwide consumer class action portfolios for major retailers and financial institutions, according to her new firm. Sparkes is a commercial litigator focused on defending class actions, representing retailers, financial institutions, and other businesses nationwide.
Parker advises companies on a wide range of employment matters, including regulatory compliance and investigations. Tor focuses on class action and commercial disputes.
