Realtor Group Confronts Revived Listing-Services Antitrust Suit

The National Association of Realtors must face antitrust claims that it forced a rival home listing service to compete with the NAR-controlled multiple listing service on unfavorable terms.

Judge Vince Chhabria of the US District Court for the Northern District of California on Monday granted Top Agent Network’s motion for reconsideration, saying the listing service plaintiff adequately pleaded antitrust injury.
