QVC Owner Qurate Taps Ex-Schnader Partner for GC Role (Correct)

Qurate Retail Inc., owner of the QVC and HSN home shopping networks, promoted Eve DelSoldo to general counsel, the company said Tuesday.

DelSoldo most recently was acting general counsel and deputy general counsel for the West Chester, Pennsylvania-based company. Qurate said she will report directly to David Rawlinson II, its president and chief executive officer.

She succeeds Lawrence Hayes, who retired in March. Hayes said via email he is still an adviser to the company. DelSoldo didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment about her new role.
