Avi Perry has joined Quinn Emanuel as a partner in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.
Perry will be a co-chair of the securities litigation group, co-chair of the commodities and derivatives group, and a member of the investigations, government enforcement, and white collar criminal defense group, according to Quinn Emanuel.
He served as chief of the market integrity and major frauds unit in the criminal division’s fraud section at the Justice Department, said the firm.
