Hannah Ji-Otto joined Quarles & Brady as a partner in its intellectual property practice group in St. Louis, the firm announced Monday.

Ji-Otto advises clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence governance issues. She assists clients in developing global privacy compliance strategies, managing tech-powered, data-driven transactions, and preparing for and responding to data breaches, including ransomware attacks and email compromises, the firm said.
