Tim Brinkley has rejoined Quarles & Brady in the franchise and distribution and business law practice groups in the Chicago office, the firm said Thursday.
Brinkley negotiates and prepares franchise transactional documents, assists with complex sales, mergers and acquisitions, and provides legal strategies to increase development and renovation of franchise outlets, according to Quarles & Brady.
He offers legal counsel to franchise companies as well as initial advice to companies looking to franchise their business concept, said the firm.
