Michael Charles Brown joined Quarles & Brady as a partner in the firm’s litigation & disputes resolution practice group in Phoenix, the announced Monday.
Brown represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in all phases of public and private construction projects, the firm said. He advises clients on contract negotiation and construction issues.
He also handles construction and real estate-related disputes that may result in litigation, the firm said.
