Quarles Adds Dawn David as IP Litigation Partner in Milwaukee

Dawn David joined Quarles & Brady as a partner in its intellectual property practice group in Milwaukee, the firm announced Thursday.

David handles matters involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, and false advertising. She represents clients in patent infringement actions before the International Trade Commission and in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and counsels on other complex commercial disputes outside of the IP realm.
