Quarles Adds Calamita as Public Finance, Real Estate Partner

Monika Calamita joined Quarles & Brady as a partner in its real estate practice group in Phoenix, the firm announced Thursday.

Calamita advises on public finance projects, including new money and refunding financings, multistate and multicampus financings, direct loan financing, publicly and privately offered financings, government financings, and lease transaction financings. She also handles traditional and non-traditional real estate financings as lender’s and borrower’s counsel, the firm said.
