Public Companies Lawyer Snavely Rejoins Faegre in Minneapolis

Angie Snavely returned to Faegre Drinker as a partner in its corporate group in Minneapolis, the firm announced Wednesday.

Snavely joins from Teradata Corporation, where she served as senior vice president, corporate, ethics and compliance officer and assistant corporate secretary. She advises public companies on corporate governance and securities compliance matters, the firm said.

Snavely was an associate at the firm before leaving in 2013.
