Olga Beloded joined Pryor Cashman as a partner in its tax group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Beloded represents domestic and foreign corporations, closely held and family-owned businesses, and high-net-worth individuals on complex tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. She advises multinational corporations on the tax implications of domestic and cross-border deals, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities offerings. she also advises on internal tax planning matters, the firm said.
She joins from Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle.
