David Fisher has joined Pryor Cashman as a partner in the corporate group and a member of the mergers and acquisitions and securities and corporate finance practices, the firm said Monday.
Fisher, who joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, has experience in counseling private and public companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raising, and financings, said David Fisher.
He has worked across the manufacturing, heavy machinery, cannabis, software and technology, and consumer products industries, according to the firm.
