Maxwell Breed joined Pryor Cashman as a partner in its real estate litigation practice in New York City, the firm announced Tuesday.
Breed represents individuals and companies in and out of court—advising on ownership, business-control, lease controversies, rent regulation, co-op and condominium matters, and strategic direction for real estate portfolios and developers, the firm said.
He joins from Warshaw Burstein.
