Pryor Cashman Grows New York Employment Practice With Weiser

Ilan Weiser joined Pryor Cashman as a partner in its labor and employment group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Weiser represents businesses of all sizes in litigation brought by their employees in both federal and state courts, as well as in disputed matters before government agencies. He has litigated hundreds of employment claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations, and counsels business leaders on employment law questions concerning performance management, medical leave and accommodations, hiring and termination, pay practices, the firm said.

He joins from Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP.
