Pryor Cashman Adds Laffey as Corporate Partner in Los Angeles

Kelly Siobhan Laffey joined Pryor Cashman as a partner in its corporate group in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.

Laffey’s practice focuses on corporate governance, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and cross-border transactions, as well as branding and licensing deals involving talent and brand partners. She represents clients across industries and advises investors and funds in connection with venture capital and other financings, the firm said.

She joins from Stubbs Alderton & Markiles.
