Malcolm Nicholls rejoined Proskauer as a partner in its Private Investment Funds Group in Boston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Nicholls advises sponsors and investment advisors across the full fund lifecycle, with a particular focus on venture and growth equity strategies. He represents both established managers and first-time sponsors on structuring and operating venture capital and other private investment funds, and also advises on continuation funds, tender offers, preferred equity financings, fund restructurings and other secondary transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Gunderson Dettmer, according to his LinkedIn profile. He was previously a Proskauer partner from 2005-2018.
