Proskauer Recruits Tax Partner Christine Harlow in New York

Christine Harlow joined Proskauer as a partner in its tax practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Harlow represents private fund managers in connection with fund formation, operations, and tax consequences of investments, the firm said. Her practice also includes structuring seed and strategic investments and advising on sales of investment manager entities.

She joins from Schulte Roth & Zabel.
