James Oussedik has joined Proskauer Rose as a partner with the private investment funds group in London, the firm said Monday.
Oussedik advises on fund formation and related matters across asset classes, focusing on closed and open-ended credit-related strategies, according to Proskauer.
He previously practiced at Sidley Austin.
