Stephen Hibbard has joined Proskauer Rose as a partner in the litigation department in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.
Hibbard, who joins from Jones Day, represents clients in securities class actions, merger litigation, derivative actions, and corporate governance issues, according to Proskauer.
He also advises clients on US Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and bank regulatory actions, said the firm.
