Proskauer Recruits Ellen Wheeler as M&A Partner in New York

Ellen Wheeler joined Proskauer Rose as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Wheeler advises public and private investors, corporations, and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, control and minority equity investments, and corporate governance. She also specializes in general corporate matters involving companies with respect to distressed M&A and special situations, including credit bids and foreclosures, the firm said.
