Anya Hodes joined Proskauer Rose as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Hodes advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, tender and exchange offers, joint ventures, and other transactions. Her practice includes public and private company mergers, take-private transactions and cross-border acquisitions, the firm said.
