Alice Blain joined Proskauer Rose as a partner in its private equity transactions group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Blain joins the firm from Paul Weiss, where she was an associate. She advises private equity sponsors on complex mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions and joint ventures, Proskauer said.
