Proskauer Hires Keaveny, Tisdale as Global Finance Partners

Jake Keaveny and Courtland Tisdale joined Proskauer in its capital markets and global finance groups in London, the firm announced Thursday.

Keaveny and Tisdale’s practice focuses on high-yield debt offerings, cross-border corporate finance transactions, acquisition financing, bridge financings, and liability management, the firm said.

Their clients include investment banking firms, commercial banks, and public and private corporations, the firm said.
