Proskauer Hires Gwenaël Kropfinger as Tax Partner in Paris

Gwenaël Kropfinger joined Proskauer Rose as a partner in its tax department in Paris, the firm announced Thursday.

Kropfinger advises private equity funds and multinational groups on tax structuring for mergers and acquisition deals, including LBOs and capital markets transactions. He also works on corporate group reorganizations and advises on creating French and pan-European private equity funds, the firm said.
