Amanda Butler-Jones joined Proskauer Rose as a partner in its private funds group in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.
Butler-Jones represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of investments in the secondary market. Her practice focuses on traditional LP deals, GP-led solutions, structured secondaries, stapled secondaries, recapitalizations, and restructurings. She also advises fund sponsors on formation, structuring, and operation of domestic and offshore funds, and represents institutional investors in their private investment fund investments, the firm said.
