Joseph Drayton has joined Proskauer Rose as a partner with the intellectual property group in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Drayton focuses on patent litigation, copyright, trademark and trade dress, and false advertising as well as provides counsel on IP acquisition, transfer, protection, and enforcement, according to Proskauer.
He joins from Cooley LLP.
