Craig Whitney has joined Proskauer Rose as a partner in the intellectual property practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Whitney is a false advertising litigator who specializes in intellectual property disputes such as copyright, trademark, and trade secrets, according to Proskauer. He works with clients involved in the technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and finance industries.
He joins from Frankfurt Kurnit Klein + Selz.
