Josh Sturm joined Proskauer as a restructuring partner in New York, the firm announced today.
Sturm represents private credit investors, lenders, debtors, purchasers and other strategic parties in restructurings, asset sales, and bankruptcy litigation. He also advises on investments in distressed businesses, the firm said.
He joins from Davis Polk.
