Josh Frankel joined Proskauer as a partner in its Private Funds Group and Secondary Transactions and Liquidity Solutions practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Frankel brings transactional experience across private capital and secondaries markets, and previously served as a Managing Director in the legal department of a secondary advisory firm. He provided support on complex secondary transactions including continuation funds, LP tender offers and structured liquidity solutions, the firm said.
He joins from PJT Partners.
