Proskauer Adds Three-Partner Private Equity, M&A Team in Paris

Matthieu Grollemund, Hélène Parent and Pierre-Marie Boya joined Proskauer as partners in its private equity and M&A transactions group in Paris, the firm announced Friday.

Grollemund represents private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, public and private corporations, boards of directors and special committees in their investments, public and private M&A transactions, IPOs, and hostile transactions. He is known in the technology and healthcare industries, the firm said.
