Jennifer Dunn has joined Proskauer as a partner in the private funds group in the New York office, the firm said Wednesday.
Dunn advises clients on their structuring, formation, and operational needs, general securities law matters, and regulatory and compliance issues, according to Proskauer.
She represents investment managers in connection with managed accounts and single investor funds, said the firm.
