Christiana Lazo has joined Proskauer as a partner in its private client services department, the firm said Tuesday.
Lazo represents clients in developing and implementing domestic and international tax and estate plans, according to Proskauer.
She also advises family members across jurisdictions on wealth transfers and on tax-efficient investment and business ownership structures, said the firm.
She joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
