Mark Rosman has joined Proskauer as a partner in the antitrust practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.
Rosman was a federal prosecutor at the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice. He served as assistant chief of the National Criminal Enforcement Section, according to Proskauer.
He works on national and international antitrust and criminal matters, representing companies and individuals, and has experience with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations, fraud investigations, bribery, obstruction of justice, and kickbacks, Proskauer said.
