Bryon Mulligan joined Proskauer as a partner in its global finance practice in Charlotte, the firm announced Wednesday.
Mulligan focuses on issues arising under the Uniform Commercial Code in connection with a wide spectrum of transactions and has broad experience across leveraged finance, syndicated bank loans, and structured financings, including Bitcoin-backed ABS offerings and crypto custody arrangements. He also advises on data center project financings, warehouse lending, commodity and hedge fund financings, and restructurings, the firm said.
He joins from Hunton Andrews Kurth, where he was counsel, according to his LinkedIn profile.
