Natalie Lamarque has joined Principal Financial Group in Des Moines, Iowa as its new general counsel, executive vice president, and corporate secretary, according to a news release Wednesday.
Lamarque will replace general counsel Mark Lagomarcino, effective Aug. 1, the company said.
Lamarque previously served as senior vice president and general counsel at New York Life. She has also been an assistant United States attorney in the Southern District of New York and worked in the litigation department of Debevoise & Plimpton.
