Polsinelli Taps Maximillian Bodoin as Technology Shareholder

Maximillian Bodoin joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its technology transactions and data privacy practice in Boston, the firm announced Tuesday.

Bodoin concentrates his practice on technology transactions, intellectual property licensing, transportation, electric vehicle charging systems, and IT solutions. He advises clients on technology development and commercialization, IT outsourcing, joint development and collaboration relationships, software-as-a-service offerings, technology procurements, and customer agreements, the firm said.
