Andrew J. Merken has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in the Boston office, the firm said Wednesday.
Merken, a venture capital, general corporate, M&A, and securities attorney, concentrates on corporate and transactional matters, according to Polsinelli.
His clients include those in the energy, consulting, real estate, professional services, and food services industries, said the firm.
