David Rubenstein joined Polsinelli PC as a shareholder in its data center & infrastructure practice in Seattle, the firm announced Thursday.
Rubenstein, who leaves a counsel role at K&L Gates, focuses on data center development, having advised on more than 40 projects across the country. His work spans legal strategy, economic development and tax incentives, bespoke development agreements with public and private partners, negotiating with utility providers and navigating complex site requirements across multiple jurisdictions, the firm said.
