Bill Di Bianca and Jordan Riviello have joined Polsinelli as shareholders in the firm’s mechanical engineering and medical devices patent prosecution practice in New York, the firm said Thursday.

Senior IP associate Kendall Gurule joined the firm in Denver.

Di Bianca’s practice focuses on mechanical, materials and computer science engineering-related inventions covering medical devices, robotics, semiconductors, aerospace and other products, according to the firm.

Riviello advises clients on complex competitive landscapes and formulates strategies that allow them to penetrate crowded markets while limiting the risks of litigation, Polsinelli said.
