Polsinelli Recruits Sean Crain in Commercial Litigation Practice

Sean Crain joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its commercial litigation practice in Dallas, the firm announced Wednesday.

Crain represents companies in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country, focusing on high-stakes disputes in the commercial real estate, financial institutions, food and beverage and healthcare industries. He routinely litigates matters involving contentious separations among corporate stakeholders, claims for unfair competition and breach of fiduciary duty and post-acquisition disputes sounding in contract and tort, the firm said.
