Kristopher Stark joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its real estate practice in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Stark advises clients on real estate transactions including acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, construction, and operation of real estate assets. He represents landlords, developers, investors, family offices, private equity companies, tenants, and restaurant operators, the firm said.
