Harsha Sekar joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in the firm’s capital markets and commercial lending practice in Denver, the firm announced Thursday.
Sekar advises investment funds, family offices, and other types of lenders and borrowers in private credit transactions, fund formations, and fund financings, the firm said.
In addition to his private credit practice, he also represents investment banks and issuers in connection with high-yield debt securities issuances in the public finance space, the firm said.
