Vasiliki Yiannoulis-Riva has joined Polsinelli as a real estate practice shareholder in its New York office, the firm said Monday.
Yiannoulis-Riva represents companies, family offices, joint ventures, funds and other investors in a variety of commercial real estate matters, according to Polsinelli.
She is adept at explaining US real estate intricacies to foreign investors, has a strong track record in negotiating financing transactions, and supports corporate colleagues in M&A transactions, the firm said.
