Polsinelli Hires Patrick Degnan to Phoenix Corporate M&A Group

Patrick Degnan joined Polsinelli’s Phoenix office as a shareholder in its corporate mergers & acquisitions practice, the firm announced Monday.

Degnan structures and executes complex corporate transactions for companies at all stages of growth, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, tax structuring, corporate governance and executive compensation. He advises founders and companies from formation through exit, guiding clients on entity selection, governance frameworks and equity structuring, as well as capital restructurings, strategic acquisitions and sale transactions, the firm said.

Degnan was most recently at Clark Hill, according to his LinkedIn profile.
