Albert W. Stemmler has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder with the investment funds, joint ventures, and alternative investment strategies practice group in Nashville, Tenn., the firm said Thursday.
Stemmler previously served as the head of legal and compliance at a VC fund manager and operator of an accelerator for early-stage companies in crypto and digital assets, according to Polsinelli.
He focuses on the investment funds spectrum, alternative investments, and the startup ecosystem, Polsinelli said.
