Zachary Garsek has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its newly launched Fort Worth, Texas office, along with counsel Elizabeth Hatch and two associates, the firm said Wednesday.
The team will focus on client real estate transactions, development and investments, operating companies, and investments and operations in sectors that include hospitality, sports and entertainment, consumer products, debt, energy and alternative investments, according to the firm.
Garsek works with clients in evaluating risk, structuring transactions and enterprises, setting strategy, and negotiating and managing through deal closings, the firm said.
