Polsinelli Employs Fabian for Chicago Private Equity Practice

Christian Fabian joined Polsinelli’s Chicago office as a shareholder in its private equity mergers & acquisitions practice, the firm announced Monday.

Fabian brings over two decades of experience handling domestic and cross-border transactions, with a practice centered on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, recapitalizations, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. He has represented private equity sponsors, international businesses and founder-led companies in transactions spanning North America, Latin America and other international markets, the firm said.

He most recently worked for Honigman LLP, according to that firm’s posts.
